Teachers can send invitations to relevant parents, letting them know they are particularly interested in meeting with them for a specific reason, and giving parents the option to choose a time based on their availability.
Meeting Coordination
Based on the school's official student records, parents can select a date and time while accounting for potential conflicts. Parents can also view their children's grades during the scheduling process to help decide which teachers to meet with.
Receiving Alerts
The system sends parents alerts as their meetings approach — 30 minutes and 5 minutes before the scheduled time. These notifications help parents prepare and arrive on time, preventing delays.

Setting Up the Conference
The system administrator defines the conference date and participating classes. The system automatically pulls school data from the school's existing student roster.
Setting Up Meeting Schedules
Teachers set their arrival times for the conference and the duration of each meeting. Changes to the meeting schedule are allowed after initial setup.
Sending Invitations
Teachers send invitations to specific parents they particularly want to meet with.
Scheduling Meetings
Parents schedule meetings with relevant teachers based on the school's official student records. After scheduling, meetings can be added to their personal calendar.
Receiving Alerts
Parents receive a first reminder 30 minutes before the meeting and a second reminder 5 minutes before. These alerts help prevent delays in teachers' meeting schedules.
Conducting the Meeting

Yesterday we held our first remote parents' evening using the "Pgishonim" application. More than 30 teachers were asked to meet the parents of 250 of the school's students, with each parent due to meet about 5 different teachers who teach their child.
