All the tools your school needs, in one place, with an intuitive interface
Teachers have full control over their meeting schedule. They can set meeting times, add or remove slots, define breaks, and assign parents to meetings. Teachers can also reserve slots for specific class groups.
Teachers can send invitations to parents for a special reason, letting them know that the teacher is looking forward to meeting them on Parents Day.
Parents can schedule meetings with relevant teachers through the system. During the scheduling process, parents can view their children's grades in various subjects, helping them make informed decisions about which teachers to meet.
The system provides parents with notifications as their meetings approach. Notifications are sent 30 minutes and 5 minutes before the meeting time, allowing parents to arrive on time and prevent delays.
Parents can track the progress of their meetings in real time through the system. This allows them to know when their meeting will begin and arrive at the right time, saving valuable time by avoiding unnecessary waiting.

The first step in managing Parents Day with Pgishonim is defining the event. The system administrator sets the date, the format (online, in-person, or hybrid), and the classes that will participate.

Teachers can send invitations to specific parents, letting them know they would like to meet them on Parents Day, without choosing the meeting time for them.
Parents can schedule meetings with relevant teachers using an easy-to-use interface. Parents can view the teachers' meeting schedules and their children's grades, using this data to make informed decisions about which teachers to meet.
Parents receive reminders before their meetings with teachers. The first reminder is sent 30 minutes before the meeting, and the second is sent 5 minutes before, to prevent delays in the teachers' schedules.
During Parents Day, parents track the progress of their meetings to save valuable waiting time and meet with the teachers they have scheduled, either via Zoom or in person.

The "Pgishonim" system for managing parents' days is efficient and convenient to use, and it lets me run the school's parents' days efficiently and intelligently. The system is easy to learn and to operate, and it includes built-in guides that support the workflow. It lets me schedule meetings with parents quickly and efficiently, and track the progress of those meetings. In addition, the system offers the option of holding parents' days online, which was particularly functional and effective during the COVID period. I warmly recommend the "Pgishonim" system to every school, since it is an important and essential tool for running parents' days.
Beit Ekstein School in Gan Shmuel held a remote parents' day using the "Pgishonim" application. On that day, more than 30 teachers were asked to meet the parents of 250 students, with each parent due to meet about 5 different teachers who teach their child. Despite many concerns about how hard it would be for parents to "go with the flow" of a new application, the parents' day was a tremendous success! In most cases the application worked well and the parents came in to the teachers one after another. In the feedback survey we ran, 70% of the parents said that using the application was convenient to a large or very large degree. One of the teachers wrote: "From 2 p.m. until now (7 p.m.) I have been meeting the students' parents... on no parents' day have I ever met 25 parents... we needed the pandemic in order to get meetings like these!" We are grateful for the full support with every problem and difficulty that came up. All the problems were handled to our satisfaction, and the improvements you added (such as resetting a user's password) made things much easier. We will be glad to use the application for the next parents' day as well. With best wishes, Limor Griman, Pedagogical Coordinator
At the high school yeshiva in Modiin, we have been using the "Pgishonim" application to manage parents' days for five years now. The system has proved to be extremely effective for everyone involved in the parents' day, including the parents, the teachers and the management team. The parents report a more convenient and efficient experience when scheduling meetings with the teachers. The teachers report far greater efficiency in running their meetings with parents. The management team can follow and oversee the process easily and efficiently. We are very pleased with the system and warmly recommend it to every school.
