Import Books
The school exports its book list from the existing system and we import it into Pgishonim with the click of a button.
Create Loans
When a student or teacher wants to borrow a book, the librarian marks in the system which book was taken and the loan is recorded in the personal file.
Receive Alerts
Before the estimated return date, the borrower receives a reminder to return the book on time. After the due date has passed, the borrower receives alerts to return the book, along with a notification to the librarian.
Return Books
With the click of a button, the librarian marks that the student or teacher has returned the book, and the loan is recorded and counted.
